The IPOAyesterday has announced the arrest of two police officers, over the murder Vitalis Owino Ochillo.
The two, Inspector Daniel Musau and Corporal Robert Mwangi Kibororo were arrested on Tuesday and arraigned in court today.
Ochillo's death sparked protests by Mathare residents who accused the police of killing an innocent man.
